"Im not a person that usually review places but I got my nails done and the lady that did it was really mean and rolled my eyes everytime I ask her politely something. She made me pay first and complained about me with her coworkers, she also made me pay more for the gems I didn’t even get. I feel so bad because I was really nice to her and did my best to not make her angry. I just wanted to get my nails how i wanted. The nails are really messy and she didn’t even bother to fix details"

"Always rushed as soon as you walk in They never explain different methods or what they offer, so difficult for new comer. The worst is they all talk in their language as if there talkings about you. Quoted lower price when booked with discount if pay cash. When complete charged $20 more nails nice."

"Was not impressed with the quality of manicure, and very limited colours for SNS. Mentioned multiple times that the technician cut my cuticle and that it was painful. When paying rather than taking my concerns/complaint seriously, had a voucher shoved in my face. Simply requested the technician get extra training or more supervision as she cut me twice and left my nails looking very untidy (excess SNS not being removed appropriately). Super disappointed, won’t be back - try Mimi’s or Coco’s at Glenelg rather than here."

"SnS Manicure and Shellac deluxe pedicure. Absolutely amazing. The artist who did my Manicure had enough experience to recommend a slightly better tone in colour to get the desired affect I was after, and then worked with the second artist doing my pedicure to also achieve the colour I wanted. After going to other nail salons this one was the first to achieve a high standard look without the over high price tag. Will be back when I'm ready to refresh the look."
