"We recently had to take our Maltesse Shitzu (boo) here, sadly the outcome was not to be desired and we had to make the very difficult choice of euthanasia. in terms of the customer service experience (and being a customer service manager myself) I have to say this was the best customer experience I have ever had....period. From the moment we walked in the staff showed urgency and compassion, boo had been attended to immediately. The vets did everything they could to help and were extremely compassionate and understanding through a very tough time. Today 17/08/2016 my family received a handwritten letter from one of the vets expressing their further condolences, this is far beyond what I ever expected. Guys don't ever change what you do because you do a fantastic job, there's not enough stars to rate my recent experience. -"The customer will forget what you said, but will remember how you made them feel".
