"This chemist is terrible, all the staff are rude! Not just one of them, the whole lot of them! None of them smile, they walk around hunched over looking sad and they make it quite obvious that they don’t want to be there, especially Sue, the blonde girl with short hair and big glasses, I’m a regular and spend a lot of money yet I feel so unwelcome, so uncomfortable that I’ll be transferring to another pharmacy, i spend at least $200 per fortnight there, even my husband and kids have noticed it"
"Went to the store last week. Same old issue. Rude staff who look down their nose at you. Waited for over 40 minutes to get a script made out...one staff noticed me and even explained that she had been on her lunch and I was still waiting. They still got the script wrong regarding the rebate. So many complaints about his store but nothing ever changes. Poor."
