"I came in for an appointment today to fit my Invisalign. I had dragged this process out for over a year due to an existing jaw issue. They were extremely accomodating, understanding, patient and gentle and thoroughly explained the process and due to the exisiting pain I experience went through any pain management plan to help over the next few days. "Arrogant. Lazy. Opportunistic. Sums up my experience with David. I chose Perth Dental Rooms to do my Invisalign as they were marginally cheaper than my usual dentist and offered "unlimited" trays. My usual dentist guessed I'd need about 30 trays + refiners, so I expected that would be the case with David. He suggested 14 trays, and so I assumed this would be just the initial set. When I went in after tray 14, David mentioned how good my teeth were looking, ready to be done with it. I told him they still weren't straight - his response was "they're pretty close". I didn't pay $4k for pretty close, but he was obviously just wanting a quick, easy hit of cash for the least amount of effort. I insisted we do another set of trays. And I could tell David wasn't happy about it. Each time I saw him after that, he had a look on his face like a kid who didn't want to do his homework. He was really short with me, and also snapped at me one time when I closed my mouth during a scan, because he'd clipped the inside of my gum with the scanner. Another time I was running 10 minutes late when I got caught in traffic on my lunch break. When I got there he was standing at reception with his arms folded and told me off. This was despite the fact he'd cancelled on me twice prior. Once was 30 minutes before, and the other time was a few days before when he decided he didn't want to work past 5pm anymore. Plus, the number of times I had to wait in reception 10 - 30 minutes after my scheduled appt... Things happen, so this didn't bother me too much until his arrogant display when I was late once. Apparently his time is more valuable than everyone else's so it's fine for him to do it. Rude AF. Ultimately, I ended up doing about 40 or so trays. And the bottom teeth still aren't straight, but I didn't have the energy to deal with David anymore. He also didn't remove the attachments properly so I had to go back in twice to fix. There was still some left after that so I just asked my regular dentist to file it off when I went to them. His staff aren't anymore competent. When I went in to get my retainers I asked how long I had to wear them full time and she had no idea. And they generally seem disinterested in being helpful. I really don't know how he has platinum status with Bupa. Wouldn't even give him bronze. Rubbish experience. Would not recommend."

"Have been a patient with this clinic for a year. The provided service was okay until I had my tooth broken and I had to make an urgent appointment. The receptionist wasn't too much interested to help me and booked my in with a waiting time of 2 weeks. (Joke) I called around and found a dentist practice that could see me the next day. Very disappointed by the service and never will go back there."

"Just everyone to be aware. You will be charged a fee of $50 for missed appointment. As they say, you were informed about that. Not a problem. But how they care about customers, it's reflected by their money driven attitude. They will not even ask what is the reason you cannot make your appointment!!! Instead, they will just inform you, You owe us $50. Do you want to pay it now or on your next appointment. Paid $50 and now moved to someone else, who will at least ask the reason. That's all."

"I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in the chair and I couldn’t be happier with how Dr David and his assistant performed and how they took me through the entire process. They explained step by step and they were really attentive about making me feel comfortable at all times. I was so nervous because of friends past experiences in other clinics, and ended up to be easier than I thought. I’m glad I went to Perth Dental Rooms and thanks to Dr David and his team.
