"Was there on a Saturday night. Ordered winter special (lamb shank), butter chicken and pizza fr the kids menu. The food was 5 stars and service is pleasant too BUT the waiting time is simply too long. First time in a restaurant where there were so many tables without food on the table and everyone is just looking around hopefully. If you are looking for good food but dun mind waiting for more than 45 min u can give it a try."

"Probably one of the worst dining expenses I have ever experienced. When we arrived at the restaurant we had to wait 10 minutes before been seated as there was no wait staff around. Once we were seated, the staff member was incredibly unprofessional. We waited about 30 minutes for our food to come. My steak was not evenly cooked. It was very rare one half of the steak and other side was well done. The broccolini that came with the steak was under boiled and incredibly bland with zero seasoning. My partner's duck was drenched in over salted which gave it an unpleasant taste. Will never recommend this place. Save your money and avoid this place. It is definitely not worth your time or money!"

"1/5*** Never again , food was below average .over priced.under serviced tables. Old building that needs more attention. Business will drop dramatically after western opens its doors. Accor should indeed drop the deal for this hotel. It needs business development skills to run sucessful business"
