"If you looking for traditional Thai food, this restaurant is the answer. I been here so many times and order the same thing as the food were to good. The chef and the owner were very friendly. Thai drinks selection were very nice too. Highly recommend to visit"
"Possibly best Thai food in Perth. Very authentic and good quality. Everyone in the restaurant is so friendly. Great food and great service."
"This a a little gem of a place. We wanted to have something spicy. When we placed the order we mentioned it to be made ‘Thai Spicy’. Oh my when the food arrived it was pretty spicy even for us who have high spice tolerance levels. The food was ridiculously flavourful. We loved both dishes we ordered. They complimented each other perfectly. I believe this was by far the best Thai I have ever had. They definitely deserve 5 stars !"
"I had been driving & walking by for a few week & the place is always quite busy, food looked good through the big window. Booked for a Saturday at 7pm. Was not exceptionally busy. There are table at the front on the foot path, inside the front door & a small court yard area out back. We ordered a bottle of white wine from NZ, my partner ordered a beer but they were out of stock & suggested 4 others. We ordered the mixed entree but were told they were out of spring rolls. So got satays & curry puffs both were delicious. Mains massaman beef, chilli & basil chicken stirfry & Gai Yang Khow neaw ( Nth eastern style grilled chicken) with sticky rice & salad. Each dish was delicious, not too hot. If you like hot I would ask for extra spice. I will definitely go back. Service is at the counter not table. Comfortable intimate surroundings. Good for a fist date, date night, small groups or I see quite a few solo peeps pass through & sit in the window."
"Having been to Thailand, Thai cuisine remains one of my favourite cuisines to date! Torung market does some very good dishes. We ordered just a couple of random items from the menu, the duck curry, pork jowl and a special fermented pork sausage and rice dish were all very good. The food did take quite a long time to come out but the restaurant was at full capacity and there were even people sitting outside when we came. In terms of good Thai flavours, they do know their stuff! Better out there? Yeah I think so, but the dishes aren’t bad by any standard. The waitress (yes, singular) was flying around the restaurant serving everyone and doing a very good job at it considering how busy they were! It probably hampered her friendly demeanour somewhat but she was nice enough. The venue is quite small and although there’s outdoor seating it was a bit of a squeeze to seat just 4 of us, it will probably be hard to get a big group in. If you like Thai food then give it a go! I think some people may find a few of their dishes quite good!"
