"An appalling level of service akin to 1000 paper cuts on my eyeball. Nothing but lies and apathy from a poor excuse for an employee of Ford and John Hughes. I could not tell if Steve Palmer was actually awake the entire time I was there he was that ineffective at his job. I would highly recommend driving your car to Adelaide or Melbourne if this is what getting your car serviced in WA feels like, it would definitely be quicker."

"I brought my new car in for its first service and it got crashed in the workshop. For a professional workshop, this is absolutely appalling. It was a custom order vehicle that i waited almost a year to recieve. The door has been replaced but now the paint is not original factory quality. From what I was told, the first service is only a fluid top up and even after all this drama the engine oil was never touched. I will never take any vehicle anywhere near this business again. *edit* I also just realized that the ceramic coat was never re applied to that whole side of the van after the repair. More inconvenience.."
