To better serve you, we have revised our opening hours for the Flu clinic. You can now visit us from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. For Public Holiday hours, please contact our reception or conveniently book your appointment online. For out of hours care, we recommend calling 13SICK / 13 74 25.

Please note that we have a cancellation policy. If you cancel within 4 hours or do not attend your scheduled appointment, a non-attendance fee of $40.00 will apply. This policy ensures that our doctors can be available for all our patients and that no one misses out on the opportunity to be seen.

We kindly ask our patients to make bookings online whenever possible, although we will make every effort to accommodate walk-ins. Our standard appointments are 10 minutes long, but certain services such as pap smears, health assessments, skin checks, or complex concerns may require longer appointments. Please inform our receptionist at the time of booking or conveniently book a 20-minute appointment online with your treating GP.

For test results, please make an appointment with your doctor as they can only be given directly to the patient concerned. Medical certificates can also be provided following a consultation, but unfortunately, they cannot be backdated. It is recommended to present early in your illness if you require this service.

We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we offer telehealth consultations subject to the Telehealth eligibility criteria for Medicare card holders. Face-to-face appointments can also be booked online or by calling our practice.

If you need to transfer your medical records from a previous practice or doctor, please request a 'transfer of medical records' form from our reception team.

In compliance with the Department of Health COVID-19 guidelines, we have implemented strict distancing and hygiene measures within our practice. To streamline your visit, we encourage you to call reception and notify them if you are coming in for a pathology test. This allows us to triage you over the phone before your arrival.

For Workcover patients, we treat you just like our regular patients. Please inform our receptionist if you require a work-cover initial consultation, and you can also book your appointment conveniently online. While we prefer face-to-face consultations for a thorough assessment, we can provide minor surgery care if necessary, refer you for a radiology screening, and assist with starting a Claim Application for Queensland Work-cover.

If you need a referral letter for a specialist, please make an appointment with a GP first to discuss your needs. They will advise you accordingly. Please note that specialist referrals cannot be backdated, and any charges related to the referral should be discussed directly with the specialist.
