"I like my telehealth appointments at CBT Professionals Nerang. My psychologist Adrian Ashton who is a very kind hearted, caring and in a comfortable supportive environment, with a very friendly reception. They are really busy, professional and help me with NDIS support letters, heal my issues with my psychosis, schitzophrenia and bipolar. This is a very complexed issue and I can trust Adrian and feel I can apply myself where I need help and focus after my appointment with Adrian, he is a very nice person and likes to assist me in many different situations and really impressed my NDIS Disability Support Service who assigned me to an appointment at the time. He is will educated and knows of many services available to meet requirements to follow through with relief to my problems, I would definitely recommend Adrian to friends, family, NDIS, reference to support services and companies, thank you CBT."

"Haven’t even had my first appointment yet, but so far a negative experience. Appointments were booked in Nerang (an area I am unfamiliar with) after requesting Coomera cause it’s where I live. Tried calling throughout the week to confirm my appointment and left voicemails with my mobile number with no one returning my call. Finally got through to someone yesterday to confirm that my appointment was at 11.30 but it was in Nerang. I have scheduled to take work off for these appointments so I needed confirmation it was happening cause losing a days work is nothing to scoff at. Arrive today to find out that my appointment has been canceled and they have the wrong number on file, if they had bothered to listen to voicemails they would have noticed this sooner and I could be at work instead of having an big ol anxiety spiral. The women at the desk spoke in such a condescending manner that it felt like she was implying it was my fault that they couldn’t get a hold of me. If using this service make sure to be diligent on keeping up communication as they sure won’t. I was actually looking forward to talking with someone to work through some issues after being assaulted not long ago, trying to do the right thing reach out for help. But if this is what that looks like I’m really gunna need some recommendations on another practice. Long story short I rearranged work for this, I spent $35 on an Uber here this morning and will spend another $35 home with nothing to show for it except anxiety and resentment."

"Attended here in regards to my anxiety/PTSD and had a session with the psychologist who specialised in that field. I wasn’t all that impressed. I felt the Psych was pushy, opinionated and lacked empathy. I felt I was being made to justify my condition to her. In the end I was worse after the session than before and it took a couple days to return to normality. I didn’t go back. I can’t say the same for the other psychologists there (I only had the one) and the reception were polite."

"In regards to returning to this practice after 8yrs.. I was met again on a 2nd Tele-Health appointment, with a very Unprofessional & simply unpleasant conversation with a representative of this company. Whom was more interested in attempting to negate & twist my current diagnosis to suit herself, whilst advising me that she's Not even taken the time to contact any other medical professionals whom have been providing me with care for over 6yrs to gain any kind of insight or Empowerment to effectively help me in any way... Leaving me now with no other option except to Remove this complication from my life, rather than allowing it to negatively affect me, for another moment longer... Sadly Nothing Professional about it..."
