"I've frequented both the Subiaco and Stirling Highway stores for nearly two decades. The food has declined in quality, the fit out of the stores has lost it's homeliness and feels commercialized, the customer service no longer exists, you are encouraged to order through a device rather than a human and the final nail in the coffin for me is I can no longer pay in cash, I am forced to pay digitally. I simply won't eat at Nando's anymore, I don't know much about the ownership, but it feels like some soulless parent corporation that 'focus group' tests everything has had their way with the company. I see the stores every few days, it saddens me to be reminded of once was. RIP Nandos."
