"4 months ago I dropped off my bar fridge that needed to be repaired. I was told that the part needed to be ordered in and that it would take 2-3 weeks. A month later I called the business to see how things were moving along, they were still waiting for the part they said they had ordered. 3 and half months later I stopped in to see how it was going as no one had contacted me. The owner was not at the store and the person helping couldn’t help me locate my fridge or tell me what had been done to it. They must not keep a recorded trail of their ongoing work because he didn’t know whether they had started to fix it or not. Instead he gave me the owners number, mobile was switched off. 4 months after Christmas/New Year break, I drive past they are finally open. The owner didn’t remember me, couldn’t remember the job. Didn’t have it written down anywhere. Asked me to come back tomorrow. I said “No thank you I’ll wait thank you, as I have committed to taking it somewhere else to have them look at it” He brings out my bar fridge, covered in dust and it had been scratched up on all sides, no one has even attempted to work on the fridge because the part was never ordered. The owner took no ownership for damaging our bar fridge and no apology for even forgetting our job, not ordering the part or for the past 4 month inconvenience! I strongly suggest you find someone else to help you repair your appliance! Do not go here!"

"Purchased fridge 2 weeks ago have sent several emails and text and made call over warranty thats supposed to be 30 days no response at all and other than attend in person 1 hour away what do I do. Finally spoke to someone after spending $140 for a fridge mechanic. LCD panel is busted beeps 24/7 and owner isnt back until 14th Feb very very frustrated."
