"These guys should be named 'Below Electronics'. Their client service was close to non-existent. After three months of phoning for updates and receiving no reliable information, they suddenly wanted money up-front before they delivered my smart TV back. It then arrived with a damaged stand and even worse, the installing technician could not get it connected for WiFi streaming. He then suggested it was 'beyond him' and I should go to another company. Really? I've now paid $600+ for a repair to a smart TV that doesn't connect to WiFi. Go elsewhere."

By the way we wanted contacting them as they are authorised Sony and many other brands' authorised repairer. We were not disappointed. Customers service and tech. service were great, very friendly, courteous and professional. Kerry from reception handled the matter very well and always replied promptly. John's advice and assistance was great. After all our TV was returned liked new after conducting necessary repairs.
