"Came in on 5-7-23 6.17pm and got overcharged by 45 dollars. Before I got the receipt I asked the staff members, young women with blonde hair, young guy with dark hair if I was being charged right and they both yes. I got my receipt and saw that I was being charged 45 dollars for some tarts which I did not buy so the young women gave me a credit to my bank and said sorry. Not sure if this happened deliberately or if the staff member made an honest mistake, I have never had any problems like this at drakes edwardstown before and I hope that it wasn't a message being sent to me to not shop there anymore as I spend a hundred dollars on average every fortnight. If I could get a reply from someone on here to let me know that would be great, I've kept the 5 star rating as I think it's a great supermarket and there are some good products I enjoy purchasing. The prices are a bit high but the quality of product is great, I thought it was a bit wreckless that the staff didn't clear the previous item from the computer but at least they apologised, I think more care should be taken next time. If it happens again next time I might consider shopping at Coles instead but like I said I've never had a problem until this one time."

"Fix your meat problem, I'm sick of opening my chicken, Defrosting it in the microwave and then finding that it's bad, I take my groceries straight home and they go into the freezer immediately which btw is working, The meat is clearly left out too long or not sold fast enough some days because 1/8 times it ends up being bad.. Never had this problem with Drakes at Fulham Gardens so obvisiously something is different with the way you guys operate compared to them. Also glorifying the fact I can get a refund is unnacceptable.. What person has the time to save the already opened bad smelly meat to then take it all the way back to the shop just to get $8.99 back or another gamble at slightly off meat, Add in petrol to get there and it just makes the whole idea absurd."
