"I contacted the Perth store from interstate & spoke with Melody. Unfortunately the cuff I was after was out of stock so Melody kindly arranged for the item to be made for me. As I’m interstate it wasn’t possible to try the cuff on so was unsure of which size. Melody asked for measurements of my wrist & then recommended size.
