"The most unprofessional, deceitful and disrespectful travel agent with whom it has been my displeasure to interact. My wife and I met with Nathan Dare just prior to our travel overseas in order to plan a week in Italy. We left our meeting with Mr Dare full of optimism and promises that our trip would be wonderful. The meeting was followed by an email from Mr Dare noting hotel, train and flight offerings with a promise to complete over the following few days, to which I responded with thanks. This was the last we heard from Mr Dare despite multiple emails and phone messages. Some three weeks later, whilst we were in the UK, following our finally having reached a member of Mr Dares team, we received a curt email response stating everything was booked out, no apology nor interest in assisting us despite previous promises. The dishonesty of Mr Dare was further exposed when we booked our travel to Italy ourselves finding nothing was booked out as asserted by Mr Dare. The stress to which my wife and I were subjected due to Mr Dares lies and inaction significantly detracted from our enjoyment whilst overseas. Mr Dare should be ashamed of himself, though, given his insensitive and disinterested response to our situation I doubt he could care less. An absolute disgrace and I warn others to beware."
