"Shopping OK there and Big W. About time that the landlord replaced the escalators to the car park. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT one (occasionally both) escalator is dead. Usually stays that wayfor 2weeks plus. Staff response is "we know it is dead" .. "don't know when will be fixed". Fortunately, the somewhat slow elevator has only been down once when escalator was dead. Ongoing issue, at least 6 months but would guess at a year"
"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Needed help checking out last minute with kids, 5 others lined up at 9pm because they closed all lanes too early. Complained as we needed to lift such heavy items into the machine small space. blonde staff refused to help lift heavy items, won’t help despite holding a baby. Poor customer service. Lack of quality. Go to machines remove people for better service!!! Totally UNaustralian"
"Larger than normal store with more than ample car parking facilities available,both out front and underground ! Well stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce and wide enough aisles for ease of access! Overall a pleasant and well maintained store and easy to find the required items! Could employ more staff at checkout level!"
"Have shopped here for decades and this used to be a good supermarket. These days there's always lack of stock, the fruit and veg are rarely fresh, the escalater from the basement car park is never operational and the isles are too small and cramped. They seem to be more interested in their on line sales more than the in person shoppers. Big improvements need to be made"
