"It's been more than 1week still I didn't receive any certificate. It clearly stated in the site you will receive it after your training. I message twice in their email but no response. I asked the trainer where can I get the certificate she said it will be sent through email. It's been 10 days already no response and certificate and their coach definitely not a professional doesn't even know to explain things properly. They Don't even have a proper tamping for coffee. Wasted my time money."
"It was a interesting experience for someone who has never touched coffee grinds before BUT was definitely something that wasn't worth more than $50. Not every student got a machine, no Coffee art book (false advertising) and no information regarding actual Coffee art. Try at your own risk"

Unfortunately it hasnt helped with work as I haven't managed to gather the training experience needed for the positions in hospitality, but It might be a worthwhile step as a refresher for others with past experience in these fields. or students starting out with bright futures ahead."
"They cancelled the class so made me do it online, then pull my RSA course down. Two days of phoning to get through to be told oh you only had two weeks to do it when I was never informed I only had that time frame. Also the assessment you must achieve 100% in has questions the workbook does not cover which isn't a great help either. Look elsewhere"
