Sunrise Christian School Morphett Vale

Welcome to Sunrise Christian School Morphett Vale, located in the beautiful suburb of Morphett Vale in Australia. Our school was established in 1994 after an approach from the Eldership of Shekinah Christian Fellowship (Gateway Church) to start a school in the south of Adelaide. Since then, we have grown and thrived, thanks to the dedication of our staff and the support of our enthusiastic parent group.

At Sunrise Christian School Morphett Vale, we provide Christian families with education from Early Learning Centre (ELC) to Grade 6, with pathways to Middle School at Sunrise Marion or High School at Temple Christian College at Mile End. We are proud to offer a diverse learning experience that smoothly transitions children from the ELC into Primary School.

Led by our principal, Mr. Andrew Ready, our school is governed by Adelaide Christian Schools (ACS), an association that oversees several schools in Australia and internationally. This provides us with governance, oversight, and spiritual guidance to ensure the best education and values for our students.

We believe in being intentional in what we teach and why we teach it. Our curriculum and teaching practices are regularly reviewed to provide the best education for our students. We aim to partner with parents in nurturing children to reveal the best of their God-given talents.

Our ELC is led by Mr. Andrew Ready, who has over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. He is passionate about supporting children's growth and development during their early years. With a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Mr. Ready leads a dedicated team of educators who are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to explore, inquire, and learn.
