"Ordered some medication for my wife on the Amcal app and explained it to the assistant. It was done that way to limit my wait time as the parking in the city is difficult to get. What came next was a extremely confusing wait to seek clarification with the Pharmacist. Despite repeated explanation that it should have already been dispensed, as per the app. When it was finally clarified, it was implied that it was my fault and that in future i shouldn’t do what the assistant asked and present my token as proof. Whilst it was only a very mild inconvenience with regards to waiting.. it was more the implication that it was my fault, despite being in the medical field and knowing the processes. The app and it’s process should be known to staff.. but not knowing, it did exactly the opposite of the apps stated purpose.. delays"
"Extremely costly. When I went there to get iron 1000mg for an iron infusion, they charged me $399, whereas another pharmacy only charged me $319. I can understand it is a convenient location. But an extra $80? I'd rather walk 1m to get the cheaper one. Customer service is also poor. I informed them that it was prohibitively expensive. They also stated "oh. Didn't you notice that with your previous two purchases? You both paid the same amount!" Oh wow. I admitted it. I was not paying attention before. But, Is that the type of customer service you provided? Thank you very much."
"Had a booster here, asked if I can get medical certificate for work just in case. Lady pharmacist says yes. I did not end up getting the med cert as i was feeling okay right after and they charge $30 which is okay. The following day, sore arm , sore throat, headache, and other mild symptoms. I asked kindly to the staff whether it is possible for me to get med cert for the following day. The staff hung up on my phone, which not sure by accident or on purpose. The male pharmacist which I assume the owner , said the rule is: I have to buy a Medicine from them and $30 charge. And it is have to be me who come physically whilst being sick and they dont care for other staff well being? The thing is I feel bad walking in the pharmacist and feeling sick, and i was not told that a min purchase need to be made for a med cert as well. No wonder covid no increase. Not helpful. Will never come back."
"Is minus rating a option!!! Beware of this place!! It is nothing but trouble, avoid if you can. Blaming customers of their computer mix ups. Losing scripts on PAPER! Oh and 2 of the young workers like abusing and throwing the ‘C’ word around. The front counter girls and the young bloke - which I will add was on his break outside - also like to cause issues and verbally abuse people."
"I went to this place for Covid booster shot. I had a booking on a Monday which was public holiday. When I arrived, there was a sign saying that they are not open. Their website allowed me to book while they were not even open. So disorganised and such a waste of time."
