"Very bad customer service! I won't be using this store again. One of the staff a girl with black long hair who wears glasses and is of Asian descent, was extremely rude. They have no understanding of customer service whatsoever. Even when I asked her if she was busy, she just does not want to help you. Another staff members were speaking Mandarin and laughing together. not recommend this store."
"I'm very impressed with the customer service of the staff and pharmacist at Murray street chemist warehouse in Perth city. Extremely helpful with information and side effects of medication and also knowledge of products in the store. Very minimal wait time there for filling scripts. Store stockwd well with lots of products. Disabled parking right out the front otherwise city parking very limited however walking distance from the Murray street and Hay street mall and train station."
"I am writing this review to share my deeply unpleasant experience at this store. I arrived there 10 minutes before closing time and was allowed in by the security guard. However, when I approached the pharmacist in charge of filling prescriptions, an Asian man, he looked at me ignorantly and did not smile. I requested my prescription medication, and he replied with a long face, saying "No," and walked away without asking if my condition was urgent or apologizing for any inconvenience. I also find it appalling that the store kept its doors open if they were not willing to serve customers, making it seem like they were open for business. This lack of consideration for customers' time and needs is unacceptable. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for a healthcare professional, and it raises serious concerns about the competency of the pharmacist in question. As a licensed pharmacist, he should have shown proper care and attention to my needs as a customer and patient, but instead, he was dismissive and unprofessional. I am disappointed with the Chemist Warehouse management for employing someone with such poor customer service skills. It leaves me concerned about the quality of care that patients receive at this store. I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision when choosing where to obtain their medication."
"Queuing to pick up a cream that i bought online, click & collects.. And I'm standing at the que with the click & collects sign. When reached my turn to pick up my item, they told me off saying this counter is for refund only, not for click & collects.. Well , what is that sign on the floor for then? They should take the sign off.."
"not really the best location (but always handy to have one in the city), and the interior is pretty tight and narrow between aisles - in comparison to other branches. but nonetheless, its still pretty well stocked, and staff here are friendly enough whenever you need help."
