"On March 26, I made a purchase at this store and the amount paid was incorrect ($ 51, when the correct would be $ 39). A complaint was filed, where customer service asked me to return to the store to request the cash difference..I returned to the store (Edwardstown) around 13:50 to request a refund of the $ 12, but the manager refused to compensate me, claiming that "if it were true" I would need proof that the amount was wrong. With that, I decided to buy another drink and this time the same problem happened, on the shelf the value was $ 34 and the cashier was $ 37, but I paid the correct amount. Even with the evidence of the same problem, the manager did not refund me for the first purchase.I asked customer service again, but so far I have not received a response. Prejudice, bullying and total disregard for the client who is first of all a human being."
"A large liquor store with a good range. Spirits, Red and White wines and plenty of cold Beer. Anthony, the Store Manager is friendly and helpful. He is a Liquor Guru and will help you find that perfect gift for someone special. Jackson is a Gin specialist, recommending Bombay Sapphire for an 80th birthday present. There is Wheelchair access ♿ and parking. Friendly staff offering good service."
