"It has taken me a while to write this review, as I believe in trying to sort out the problem on the phone. But, I am still unsatisfied with the whole experience. I went to see Dr. Wyndham for some bioidentical hormones. Dr. Wyndham was so unempathetic, glazed over my blood test results which I had had done a month before. I felt she was rushing and didn't listen. She suggested I do a saliva test, which I did ($160), so had to go see her again to get the results. The first time, I was in tears after the consult; and the second time I was just plain mad. She again skimmed over the results of my saliva test and said that one of the indicators was too high. I asked her what that meant, to which she replied "well it would take 20 minutes to explain this report, and we only have 15 minutes". I went to Dr. Wyndham for bioidentical hormones, but instead she gave me a script for hormones one buys over the counter - with a script. This was not what I was expecting. Also, she wouldn't give me a referral to a specialist or a repeat prescription saying "well you can get it from your other doctor". I told the receptionist that I had had a most unpleasant experience...again. The next day, the Practice Manager called me. She was lovely and very sorry for what had happened. Dr. Donna Tanchev called me and we talked about what I had experienced. She was very nice, but was unable to assist at all. I had no resolution for my two visits which saw me out of pocket about $450. I have since been to see Dr. Tim Nelson at Gold Coast Women's Health in Broadbeach. He was wonderful and the nurses were amazing. Would I recommend this clinic? Absolutely not. I thought that "Her" Medical would be a place where women could go to get safe advice. This experience was dreadful and truly the only doctor I've been to where I ended up in tears."

"The level of service is next to none. Dr Bella is the first amazing doctor I have seen in years. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and is invested to understanding your situation. I won’t ever use the public bulk billing system again. Appointments are very reasonably priced after the Medicare rebate."

"Receptionist need to be more thorough with their information upon booking. I booked my daughter in here for her 18 month vaccinations. I have previously had all of her other vaccinations done here for her, for free. My understanding was there was no charge for vaccination appointments but apparently that changed in February. Upon booking in for the vaccinations I was not told that there would be a fee of $90. I had the appointment and left the building is normal, A a few hours later. I received a call from a receptionist asking how I would like to make payment for today’s appointment I said “ payment? what do you mean? vaccination appointments are free” She said no because you see a doctor you have to pay the fee. This was interesting because with all vaccination appointments you always see a doctor in the past at her medical. We have seen the doctor and the vaccinations have been free, I said “nobody told me that there would be a charge upon booking” the receptionist replied and said it’s been ticked that you’ve been made aware that there would be a charge- which wasn’t true. “ I said, because I was not made aware I’m not going to be paying for today’s appointment, how do I been notified that there would be a charge upon booking I would have gone elsewhere” she said she will have to take it up with the practice manager, which she did, as I then received an email asking me to make payment for today’s appointment! This place needs to get their act together, demanding payment when you’ve not been made aware there would be one is a disgusting way to treat your patients- it was your mistake so you cover it. If you open a practice and have a moto of “when you care, quality naturally follows…” maybe all of your staff should be following by this too as there is no quality of service."

"Attended for a skin check with Dr. Kelly, she made me feel so comfortable, was professional and very knowledgeable. Minimal wait time, actually was seen within my appointment time which can be rare with GP’s. The clinic itself is very feminine, beautiful and comfortable. The receptionist were super friendly and welcoming. Parking was super easy down underneath the clinic. Highly recommend."
