"The absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a lingerie store. I can’t remember the name of the lovely girl who fitted me, but she sized me up and turns out… I’ve been wearing the wrong size bra for years. I usually wear a 10E but after her thorough fitting today, turns out I’m a 6G. BIG DIFFERENCE. She stayed with me the entire time and checked each bra I tried on to ensure they all fit perfectly. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Will be back to purchase again."

"Went on weekend and wow! Alexandra knows her stuff! I have never had success in getting a great strapless bra for larger bust. But, Alexandra did it with ease, ended up getting another bra. Great selections and excellent fitter."

"Worst customer service - the owner’s attitude is atrocious, she will make you feel belittled for your product questions (rolls her eyes and ignores you) and mentally push you to make a hasty decision so that she makes a sale. She hands you product to try on that you repeatedly told her is not what you are after and then disappears to chat with coworkers when you need her help for advice on the fitting. They will also not refund you in the same few days of purchase, because “when we fitted you and you were the correct size”. Funnily enough, my friend wanted to purchase an identical bra for her daughter who lives interstate (who knew and was happy with her size) and the sales assistant REFUSED sale because they “were not able to check if the bra she is buying is the correct size” for the daughter. I honestly cannot believe how a store run like this can get away — the amount of stories I’ve heard about people who have had to go to another store for their bra needs because of the uncomfortable experiences received from here is baffling. You can seriously find better service and prices elsewhere with interstate websites & their virtual fittings, who won’t slam the table to emphasise a point."

"I've been a customer of Alexandra Lingerie for more than 3 years now, and as usual when I dropped in today needing a re-fit it was an excellent experience. I was measured and brought 2 bras that fitted perfectly and I was out the door again in 15 minutes. I even wore the bra out the shop as it was so comfortable compared to my old one which was no longer fitting. I have a fuller bust and always pleased with the range."

Tonight, I was served by Cheyenne who fitted my bras well but also gave me the most outstanding service. She was friendly and courteous despite it being past closing time.
