"Lorna Jane will not be seeing me again purchased an oversize T-shirt add it on my back 2 times in now in a hole The original T-shirt that was purchased I did not like the fit off so I exchanged it for one that I did I have the original bank transaction for the first one but the second one the lady just swapped over I have literally been trying for over three week to get a reply they so called can’t find the transaction I have Message online to try and get somebody to call me to say that it’s very complicated is don’t really seem to understand I’ve been into several shops I’ve tried to get in touch I don’t understand when they can quite clearly see the top it’s not even repairable because it’s literally shredding away if I could give them a zero I would"

To which Mrs Sass replied well and walked off as she flicked her long blonde hair. Terrible customer service and to stereotype without a filter like so. Today I made no purchases within your store and returned swiftly to the footpath like the peasant I was perceived as."

"Love LJ sportswear! But the experience that I got today (08/11) at Glenelg LJ was below average!!! I picked 6 items and the young lady said she'll pop them in the back to be ready for trying on. There was a queue and I was happy to wait for my turn. By the time I got to the changingroom she smiled and told me that one of my chosen tops was missing (she said that sometimes it happens) and there were no other ones that size (probably someone from the changingrooms took it). Very poor customer service! You should look after the items better or not take them in the first place. She didn't even offer a discount or smth to make the experience better. Would not come back to that store!!!"

"Good quality gym clothing but their sizing range is very limited to size 14. Please make bigger sizing for bigger women and make sure that the staff don't put down women who are not perfect in size. I wear bigger sports bras without any wire because I'm allergic to some metals. Try to sell clothing that is a cotton mix with bamboo instead of nylon/poly mix."

"I got to the store 15 mins before closing as I was in a rush to find some quick tights, the saleswoman reminded me they were closing soon and that's fair enough. 30seconds into trying clothes on she tells me she HAS to go and therefore I have to go because she has to take her kid to an appointment. I was willing to spend $250 on clothes and I got shooed out like a bug. Worst customer service! Gave me clothes to try on that were opposite of what I said I was after which was simple time wasting. Humiliating and embarrassing, especially infront of my partner. Never going back there again! Stressful experience, imagine trying to get dressed in 20seconds because someone's throwing their stress onto you. First time I tried on Lorna Jane and it will be the last thanks to that lady. Arrogance and inexperience its finest, go to a different store."
