"I have been a loyal Daisy and Hen shopper for 5 years now and over this time the exchange and returns policy has been un reasonable. I’ve always chosen to just go with it as this is a small business that I want to support. Between myself and other family members we have been stuck with items for various different reasons because Daisy and Hen refuse to ever use discretion based on the situation. In December I purchased a Toshi hat for my daughter. This is the second hat as the first one lasted 3 years. The chin strap snapped within 6 weeks. I called Glenelg and they asked me to come in so that they could assess it. No worries on my end. Happy to take it in, have it assessed and pick up the exchange. Easy right? Wrong! I went down that afternoon (I live 30 minutes away) and spoke with the assistant manager. She informed me that she had no authority to provide me with a replacement. I asked her to get a second opinion and explained the phone conversation and that I had travelled especially because I’d been asked to. She went out the back and returned to tell me that they would not be replacing the hat as it was clearly wear and tear! I was visibly upset by this considering Daisy and Hen sell expensive items that are specifically sold by saying that they have been tried and tested and are of the best quality. The best she could do was tell me to go home and contact online customer care! I did so as well as seeking advice from a third party. In the end I eventually received a replacement but not without having to jump through hoops. It was an overwhelming and stressful situation that didn’t need to be. Gina, your exchanges and returns policy is outdated, you don’t look after your customers (not everyone is trying to take advantage of you) and calling yourself a small business and that being the reason that you cannot support a fairer refund or exchange system doesn’t really fly anymore. It is common knowledge amongst many mums now that people are fed up with Daisy and Hen. I will not shop with your store ever again. Anything you sell can be found online or at your competitor just down the road."

"Posting this sadly as I've shopped here a few times previously and had positive experiences... until my last order. I ordered two jackets during a sale and I accidentally didn't apply the 40% off sale code during my shoppay checkout. I reached out via email to advise of my mistake and asked if there was any way that the 40% discount could be refunded just this once and I was told no and sent a link to the return and refund Ts&Cs. I'm aware of them, it was a simple mistake and surely the code could be honoured as I reached out immediately after the order was processed. I won't shop here again. EDIT: Noone has orivided me with a adore credit in good faith, this is incorrect. If this is based off the last email correspondence, I was told that I couldn't get a refund but that I could return the items for a store credit... this isn't what I wanted Thanks"

"Be very cautious. For a gift for my newborn nephew I ordered three items but was only sent one. I thought the other two items might be sent separately so I waited a few weeks to contact the business. I was told "all checks out on their end" and they suggested I check with the courier the package may have been tampered with. I highly doubt the postie opened the package and stole a baby beanie and soft toy. Seems like I paid over $100 for a baby onesie. I had hoped to resolve it with the store directly, but they're refusing to acknowledge any responsibility."

"We went to Daisy and Hen Glenelg yesterday to get some sweet little items for our studio. We were served by Poppy who was the sweetest retail assistant ever! She was really knowledgable about the store and history and we just felt so welcome and we got some really cool items to feature. Thanks Poppy!"
