Reviews
"Rae is authentic and extremely empathetic. She is dedicated to her profession, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Rae expertly guides people to fathom their challenges (pun intended) and own experiences. Rae has helped me become a better version of myself. I am forever grateful to have found such a supportive and skilled psychologist!"
"When I first arrived at Rae's office my whole world as I knew it, had fallen apart. She was compassionate, understanding and showed me how to get my life back. I now have good strategies and tools that I use as I need them, including coping mechanisms and understanding how it affects me and what I can do about it. I find Rae quite knowledgeable and open minded. She takes the time listen to you and finds a workable solution."
"Finally I found a psychologist who listens! My experience here was so very helpful and life-changing. Thank you!"
"Do not go here if you are seeking legitimate treatment or support. Rae is unempathetic, pushy, argumentative and dismissive. She blamed me and marginalised me for my ongoing mental health concerns. From the first session I was pathologised based off the little information in my referral. Rae made negative assumptions about the sort of person I was and blamed me for my mental health issues. In my last session with her I explained my mental health was deteriorating, she did not offer reassurance or assistance and instead put the blame on me and said I was not doing enough. She dismissed my concerns constantly and treated me as if I was making my mental health concerns up. I went into a mental health crisis without any support because of this. She is unfit to help others, particularly those with prolonged mental health issues."
