"Brilliant Service . As a person with massive Dental phobia I found the while experience a really positive one . After experiencing extreme Dental pain the practice managed to give me a same day emergency appointment. I needed a slightly more complex extraction and my mind was put at rest by their great manner and way of explaining what Was going on . "Kudos to both Emma and Dr Vincent, they were both absolutely amazing. I haven’t gone to the dentist in quite a while so was a bit confused booking my appointment, but Emma was so welcoming and helped with suggesting what was best for me and alternatives. Her customer service skills are absolutely amazing, she seems like the absolute sweetest. Dr Vincent was very empathetic and made sure I was comfortable, and attended to any concerns I had. I was also grateful for the advice he gave towards my oral hygiene for the future and what future appointments I should have (per my request). The clinic itself was also just so well looked after and clean, which is mirrored in their work. Couldn’t have gone to a better place. If you’re a bit wary of dentists or haven’t been in a while, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s quick, clean, comfortable and affordable."
