I dealt with Josh on the initial call and found him to be very helpful and descriptive with which toilet suite they recommended for my toilet room. From explaining which brands they recommend to required offsets, S-trap and P-trap differences and water inlet to cistern requirements he gave me the confidence to search for a suite to suit my budget from a list of outlet providers. From there Shane turned up to carry out the removal and install. I found him to be punctual, very professional with a high work standard and attention to detail.
