"The technician He scratch my floor whilst trying to repair my fridge with his toolbox then he apologised then he turned around after I asked him I expect that to be fixed he said it was there pulled my fridge out to have a look at the problem once I asked him that I wanted it to be fixed he refused to go any further then he pushed my fridge back into its recess left all the meat and everything on the table once my mother came home she put all the stuff back and realise that the fridge was unplugged not working I'm in a wheelchair I explain my situation to them they didn't even come back to connect the fridge backup I rang them this morning about the scratch hey turned around and said he seen it was scratched before he started working refused to fix the damage floor very unprofessional disrespectful and Liars"
"We had a refrigerator part installed on Wednesday 10 May after waiting 5 weeks since the initial call out where the technician diagnosed an issue with the invertor. We were told the part needed to be trucked over from over east, hence the delay. Two days after the part was installed, our refrigerator was once again no longer working/cooling and displaying the same error code it did prior to the repair, where it would turn on and off intermittently. We have now spent in excess of $700 and are worse off than we originally were prior to having the attempted repair conducted. During the initial investigation, when asked whether we are better off purchasing a new fridge we were advised to go ahead with the repair and to order the part (costing $550 which included a compressor which we didn’t actually need for the diagnosed repair, however we apparently couldn’t order the invertor without also ordering the compressor). We were not comfortable continuing to chase the problem as we have already spent a lot of money to attempt to fix the issue and to be without a working fridge beyond the time we've already waited. We spoke with the business and asked them what monetary compensation they could offer us as we were dissatisfied with the outcome and did not wish to continue to engage on any further repairs. We suggested they purchase the unboxed compressor off us, especially since this part was not needed for the repair. The business has advised they do not wish to compensate us and instead questioned whether the newly installed part is faulty, which is really disappointing. Our position remains the same as – the same error code is displaying which signals to us that the original problem remains and that it's not a case of the new part being faulty. We believe it is unreasonable to expect us to continue to operate without a fridge and to continue to chase down the issue, given it is a staple household item and we were told the repair would resolve the issue. We felt like we had no choice but to purchase a new fridge as the business' attempt at offering a resolution wasn't acceptable to us from a consumer's perspective."
"Very poor customer service. The girl on the phone was very rude, keep saying that she does not waste her time about checking something. Guess what! I just took the business elsewhere.... I hope the owner of this business read this and sack her because this will hurt their business. Perhaps teach her about customer service and good manner."
"Rang up to book in a service, the girl on the phone was great and gave me a quote on the phone. They allowed me to purchase the part required as I had sourced it a bit cheaper. The technician came around and got the job completed. No hidden costs, what they quoted is what they charged. Will use in the future."
