"I liked all services and treatments but i have problems with account and invoices where they charged me alot for just phone calls. I paid $2000++ just for phone call. And that amount I couldn’t claim from my insurance. I spoke with team but I didn’t get any refund which is not fair. They called me and asked for my health and surgery and speak less than 3 minutes and i got invoice of 402.60$ each call. Total 5 times I couldn’t claims any amount from my insurance because when i speak with my insurance they said there is no any item number on my invoices and also hospital didn’t send any details of mine (treatment details) to my insurance. Which is very frustrating for me. I have spend more than 6k in the hospital and now i am facing so many problems and struggling for claim some amount and still nothing happens its already more than 2 months now and still i have 4500$ pending bills."
"My husband still in the hospital since last week This is the third time he stay in the Gold Coast University hospital We are very appreciated all nurses and doctors look after my husband very sincerely They are all never stop to the room to check my husband details And give my hubby medication and all check up in time The doctor are nice and explain what happens for all information to us The room is keep clean and have all things you need I also can have my cup of hot tea anytime in their pantry The nurse always polite and smileall the time even they are already working so tired You are always feeling warm in the hospital We are very lucky to have a so respectful hospital to look after us I love to say as thousand words to say thank you for all of you who are working in this hospital You all are amazing angel God bless you all"
