"rdered a big breakfast and got a big hair delivered with it across my tomatoes and avocado, ask for it to be re-fired I was then given a new plate with barely warm to the touch food that was re-plated from the previous one thinking I wouldn’t notice that it took 2 minutes to make a meal that had previously taken 20. I was then told that it was a new one made for another order, suspicious since I ordered mushrooms with mine as an add on and they happened to come out super fast. I then asked for a refund and told them I had taken a photo before I returned my plate and it’s quite clearly the same avocado that the hair is touching. Refund process takes a while but that’s not the teams fault, however having someone on site that can approve a refund would probably streamline the process."

"Busy pubic holiday but staff’s service was fast and lovely smiley faces. There is a surcharge on PH. Cannot use loyalty dollars which I think should always be available regardless."
"The same food and drinks taste different depending on which Coffee Club you go to. Usually the coffee is bad but today it was superb. I had the corn and zucchini fritter which was delicious with a perfectly cooked runny egg and tomato relish sauce. The dish arrived within 5 minutes which is impressive as the restaurant was full. One star off because the waiter kept knocking my chair as he walked past, and the cutlery was greasy and I had to wipe it with the napkin. We’ll be back!"
