"Really beautiful salon, hair feels amazing, am so happy with it and the girls are all so nice!"
"Hi, I am quite disappointed with my appointment. I asked for wisp bangs and instead I received choppy fringes and different lengths in both sides. I wanted some long layers on side but didn't get that either. It seemed as if they were rushing which is a first for me considering I didn't even ask for styling for my hair. I am usually hesitant but when asked if they can try to make the fringe even on both sides and blend, I got questioned what's bothering me (in a subtle rude tone) which really made me more hesitant to ask for them to fix it. I have been to many other salons and quite frankly they were more busy yet made customers happy with the end result. Furthermore, the service was for $65 (promotional service) and I paid a deposit of 19.50 and was charged more than $45.50. I am quiet unhappy as it's my first time trying this salon in Perth and I've heard good reviews but for me it was quite disappointing and expensive. I hope the salon reaches out to me."
