"Extremely poor experience of rebooking a service with the manager, Diane. Rude, abrupt, utterly disrespectful and spoke down to me on the phone. I was quite shocked, having been a regular user of this business since the Ella Bache in West Perth closed. Previous services at Subi have been delivered by Juliet, who has been so lovely to deal with. Will never return to this place again out of principle. Diane needs coaching on her customer service approach and tone overall."
