"Not a once of customer service, went in with my teenage daughter walked in wandered around whole shop with absolutely no acknowledgement stopped at the shoe section cause she wants to buy some vans, male worker is there putting stock away looks at us turns away. I find the ones she wants has to go to him to ask him to find the size we need, not a word just goes and gets them, hands to us again not a word and walks away, unfortunately for me they do fit her and she wants them that's great cause there no help if they didn't, walk over to counter, the only thing that is said is "next" and I pay for the shoes and walk out As someone who has always worked in customer service I just couldn't believe that no one interacts or offers assistance to their customers. "My partner took in a pair of sunglasses he brought me for Christmas to your Coomera store to be fixed. We have since gone in 3 times over the past 3 months to check when they will return and each time we have been told we would get a call from the manager the next day. This has NEVER happened. The service is beyond poor."
