"Would recommend this place: If you love to buy a product that doesn't work and call up the store to kindly let them know about the issue without evening asking for a refund but instead kept on hold, shortly followed by the store owner calling you a "liar" because in her vast experience, she has never come across a faulty product and that it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer instead of her as the reseller, of course! Also followed by being called "hysterical" because how dare you get defensive when someone accuses of lying about a faulty pregnancy test kit. Not to mention I work in healthcare myself!! Thank you for reminding me of how unempathetic and insensitive people can be. (PS, I had to go into the store and coldly receive a small refund, while her wild-eyed staff stared)."
