"The owner of this chemist went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal bounds of what, not just any chemist would do but what ANY business would do!!! I was stuck in Sir Charles Gardiner hospital, unable to leave my ward but was desperate for a few person products that only a chemist would have. It was nearing the end of a long day and I spoke with an older gentleman, (and yes, he was such a gentleman!!!) And explained I couldn't even meet him downstairs but could he organise a young person who could do with some extra money to not only deliver to the hospital but meet me on level 4 on a ward. He kindly said they don't usually do this (totally understandable!!!) But in this special case ge would organise it. I said I was happy to pay whatever he felt fair and gave him my card details over the phone. They closed at 6pm, peek hour traffic, but, true to his word, at 6.30, after presumably working a 10 hour day, he met me on my ward. Not only did the owner deliver the goods himself but he did not charge me a cent for going so out of his way. He simply said I could pay it forward! Who gives service like that these days??!!!! He was so lovely and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Not only did he go out of his way after a long day and not charge me for delivery but his prices were FAR lower than my normal chemist in North Perth!!! I cannot thank or praise this man enough!! Please, don't go to one of the large pharmaceutical shops because this seems to be a small business run by a highly ethical owner who not only beats prices of the larger ones but does it with good old fashioned service that is near impossible to find these days!!! "Pharmacist Rose was unprofessional, rude and judgemental. She told me what my doctor and another pharmacist told me about how to take the medicines was wrong. I was confused and asked more questions, she got annoyed said I got confused because I don't understand English well. Please talk to someone professional instead of her if you go there."
