"If you are a female and like to be spoken to in a rude and condescending tone, take your car here and speak to Dillon. Dillon appears to be stuck in the 1950’s and when a female asks him a question will answer in the above manner. After I dropped my Fiance to pick up her car after being assessed, she noted that the front sensors had been turned off (Vehicle was rear ended, so no need for the front ones to be off/disconnected). My Fiance called through and spoke to Dillon to seek assistance on how to turn them back on, or see if they were disconnected and why, and was met with his abrupt rude and condescending manner stating they hadn’t been turned off (they were…). Further making comments such as ‘you do know your car has been in an accident’ ….to a person who was in the vehicle with our 4 week old child when it was rear ended…..so nice of him to remind her..…..Luckily for us we have a choice of repairer and we told our insurer to cancel the booking and make arrangements for it to be repaired elsewhere, but I guess Dillon assumed that we didn’t have a choice and therefore doesn’t care about customer service. Not only did they lose our insurance job, but we also had two dents we were going to look at getting fixed, funded by ourselves that they also won’t be doing. I Can only imagine how you would be treated if you had a query on their work…."

"Fixed my wife's car and did an excellent job. They also rectified work on a previous repair which we are so greatful for. Would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and always willing to answer my questions."

"Terrible service, took 4 attempts to actually fix my car, 1st time use damaged parts, and all out of alignment, 2nd time booked to realign, but just replaced the damaged part, third time actually aligned, but just place a plastic part on the bumper, would of fell off driving down the road, so finally fixed after 3 visits. If it wasn't for the insurance company sending me there, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy !"

"After waiting 4 months to have our car repaired they left it filthy inside, disconnected our dash cam without permission and didn't reconnect it. When questioned about this Dillan (refused to give us his surname and said he was the assistant manager) was condescending, arrogant and unconcerned. He was also full of excuses."
