"Do not use this company! My car was returned to me damaged, with a broken windshield and no apology or explanation for what had occurred. Before this happened, the company was very vague about when and where my car was for the duration of its transport from Melbourne to Perth. This lack of customer support and damaging of property is truly disappointing. They are also not compensating me for the damage as apparently they don’t insure for damage caused by airborne objects - which is what they say happened without any further documentation or information."

"Great service. Transported car from Melbourne to Perth. Decided to pay the extra and have car transported by road, rather than ship. ETA was between 9-25 business days. Car arrived in 4 business days!! Had to call to confirm it was there as I couldn’t believe it arrived so quickly. Very happy with the transport company chosen. Also used the “goods in car” service - all goods arrived as they were when I dropped the car off. Would definitely recommend and use CTE again."

I used different car removals, but car transport is the best, money wise not too expensive and your car will arrive before the given date. Also the truck driver Demetrio he is so nice because he waited me for 30 mins. Highly recommended"

"Overall great experience with Car Transport Express moving my Mazda 3 from Melbourne to Perth. Very friendly service. Had to postpone my transport date a few times to which they were very accommodating and allowed me to transfer my deposit each time. My car arrived two weeks earlier than expected. Stoked! I dropped a star because when I picked up my car from the Perth depot I wasn’t asked for ID which seemed dodgy to me and possibly leaves people’s cars open to criminal exploitation? I mean, I was asked for ID at Retravision the other day when I picked up a heater I had bought through their website. Surely the same scrutiny and verification is necessary when collecting a registered vehicle? Other than that, my car was delivered to me without any new scratches and in better-than-expected timing. So, overall quite happy with the service."
