"This was such a waste of money unfortunately like most things they talk at you over the phone so you sign up and outlay all that money to only then sell you overpriced cruises where you still pay and still end up paying a lot more for two of you than a cruise you organise yourself. Mine expired whilst there was no cruising just to add to the experience these people should be ashamed of themselves"

"Lost $700 through this company. Would not refund because the money was converted into vouchers after a short period of time and kept calling wanting me to give them more. I wrote off the money as a bad experience."

"Took $$$ to sign up for discount cruises with 2 people going on a cruise for the price of 1. The quoted price was not that great, looked around and found better deal with balcony for $1000 less that their special price. I don't recommend them at all cost me 2 x$650 to buy my cruise certificates"

"After paying nearly $700 for the priveledge of using this company thanks to the pushy sales woman, I've found that the cruise prices dont actually work out to be 2 for 1, you can get much better deals elsewhere that have all the inclusions like drinks packages, wifi etc, you dont find out that these items arent included until after you book because the girl setting you up to buy it has no idea but will find out ( after she finishes making the booking) then it costs me another $50 to get them to book it for me. ( none of this explained earlier ) They are all push push push sales people, not wanting to give you the chance to converse with others in your group first. I was then notified on the 22nd of sept that my cruise had been cancelled by P&O themselves and that they offered a full refund. I contacted 241 the next day and claimed to know nothing about it but would get back to me.... they did on the 23 oct, it took them 1 month to tell me what P&O had already told me. I opted for the refund and was told it could take up to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed, but did inform me that P&O had already refunded to them, that was on Nov 13. Here it is 27th jan and still no refund dispite numerous emails. Looks like fair trading will be getting a phone call from me tomorrow . I would have had this refund back in sept if i had booked with P&O directly. 4 months is just rediculous..... and even then noone could tell me if the admin fee would be refunded !!! They dont know a hell of a lot except the hard sell . Do yourself a favour and book it yourself. This company is nothing short of a rorte."

"Tried to help clients that had booked through this company. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY SUPPORT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE- I do not recommend booking through this company. They did not provide proper documentation for the clients. The company made multiple errors with their trip of a life time to Canada from Australia. The poor clients didn't even have a flight confirmation for us to call the airline to try to sort out the flight error."
