"Really terrible customer service. Lady that was serving me today really needs to understand that no one goes to a travel agent to spend 50 bucks. If someone wants to spend couple of grands or more with my business Its no problem for me to wait a little longer to provide service. I walked in at 5:10 and before i went to the point why I was there she told me we close at 5:30. Then didn't even try to find a good deal instead giei me random prices. Literally suggesting me to go online and it's cheaper there. Thank you for the suggestions because I will do so . Thank you"

"Once they have the bulk of your money they are very unhelpful. We booked paid deposits, then the communication started to break down. We did email with some questions and did not get a reply so then had to call and asked for a call back which still did not happen. So then went the final payment was due they got in touch. We explained our working issue with collecting tickets “ no problem I will be away but someone will go through the tickets when you collect them on the weekend “ Call to make an appointment to collect, otherwise your waiting an hour to see some one, after working a 65 hour week, that’s not something I want to wait round for.. “ sorry we don’t make appointments on weekend. So basically the lady that sold us the tickets and went on holiday either lied to me or didn’t bother to listen. Zero customer service - shame as we travel a lot with our international jobs and won’t be dealing with flight centre again"
"Best customer service we have received from any Flight Centre. My partner and I had our flights cancelled from Germany to Australia and after difficulties getting an answer from a different Flight Centre we booked with, Matt really looked after us and exhausted all options to get us home as soon as possible. He is a true asset to this clearly well run team and we are really appreciative that the Helensvale store went above and beyond to get us home. We will 100% be going back for any future overseas bookings."
