"Desserts taste good. Sweetness is just nice. Staff are lovely. Hard floor seating however not that comfy even with the cushion but I don't mind it. We had a great time there. Love the créme brûlée and lava cake. Matcha yogurt quite nice as well."
"The atmosphere was amazing. We got to choose where we want to sit. We sat at the traditional area. The staff were all very friendly. We also very enjoyed the dessert. We ordered matcha crème brûlée and matcha sundae."
"Sad to say, standard of food, drinks and service has went down. I hope the owner improve on their service and menu. Waitresses needs more training - we sat at the traditional seating and they don even look/scan the room to see if customers need help. She just left straightaway after taking another table’s order. We had to get up to our knees and wave down a waitress to come take our order as we have already been waiting for a while. Matcha frappe was quite disappointing - as you can see, tiny amount of cream and even tinier dollop of red bean on the side. The rest is just crushed matcha ice mixed with cream. The taste was so icy and diluted. Not recommend at all. Matcha parfait was a lot better."
"Loved the match desserts here! Worth trying!! Nice Japanese style environment but waitress was bit clueless which table to serve."
"It's a dessert place that my friend highly recommended so we came here for dinner after a brunch earlier in the day. We were one of the first ones to arrive right after it's opening time so we got to choose where we wanted to sit. We went for the tatami area close to the window. Waitress was nice all the way from when she greeted us at the door to when we paid for our meal. We went for the matcha lava cake with black sesame ice cream and the houjicha affogato. The former was absolutely delightful, the texture of the exterior of the cake was soft and fluffy and as soon as we cut through the matcha filling came oozing out with a rich flavour which we both really enjoyed. It also went very well with the ice cream but we suspected that they gave us some kind of berry ice cream instead as it did not taste like black sesame in any kind of way. The houjicha affogato on the other hand, was so bad. I do not recommend this item in the menu, please don't order. The houjicha tea was so poor and lacked in the actual tea flavour and it came lukewarm so we were quite disappointed. Ice cream was alright, nothing outstanding. We weren't quite sure what we were eating there as it was so underwhelming, it's this dessert that dragged the food rating down from a 4 to a 3."
