BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Osborne Park

"Went in to pick up my RTT and they were flat out serving and dealing with other customers and asked me to wait which was fine, I was in no rush. I felt bad for the two younger staff members (boy and girl) as they were busy! Then once they were free the cranky (older) lady was busting out other directions and telling them they need to do this and that.. etc. (calm down old Karen I was thinking. Give them a break! What you do? Just smoke ciggies and boss people around all day?) anyway, the two young employees were awesome kind and friendly until the very end!! Bless ya’s! But the older lady needs to chill out or get some nawwty action, coz she’s cranky as hell!"

"Truly the worst experience I have ever had while in a store in my life Asked to use their toilet . Within 4 minutes they came to ask me to hurry up (even though no one else was using the toilet ). I was out around 3 minutes later . I made my way over to the thermoses to buy a couple as a thank you for letting me use the toilet , when the larger bald man working the counter said Very Loudly ,“Don’t come back” . I put the thermoses down as I left he said (again , very loudly ) “Came here and F“$&ed around“. He agreed to let me use the toilet , then proceed to insult me and try and humiliate me for using it for not even 8 minutes while there was no one else using the bathroom , and even after I clearly showed I was about to make several purchases"

"Something I bought there 6 months ago for $16 was $57 today. So if you like good service and obscene price gouging, this is the place to shop. The three stars are just for the good counter staff."

"Went into the store today. Saw a product at Anaconda that had sold out and BCF had the same item. Went to the counter for help and then stared at by 6 employees behind the desk with no interest in helping. No one could make a decision on price matching and left once again empty handed. Been a BCF member for years and threw my card in the bin on the way out. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I understand stand now why everyone shops online. Do better BCF!"

"Five star service from all the team excellent experience. Store looked really well layed out. Great products. Would like to make a special mention about Jason who served me top bloke best service I have had at any bcf and is the reason I am giving this store a five star review. He should be made full time or a manager. Absolute champion, thanks man can't wait to test out all my lovely new gear you helped me purchase, stoked Thanks again to the team at bcf osborne Park.
