"Wanted to purchase a pair of shoes here but due to the terrible customer service, I could not continue shopping at this outlet. The staff made unkind comments and showed us poor customer service during the time when we tried on only one pair of shoes and when we asked for a smaller size. We requested kindly but was disrespectfully treated in return by the staff. Please look into this matter as I believe this will affect your overall store image and impression to returning customers."

"Poor customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes 1 for work and 1 pair of sneakers. When I asked for a size 8 and the saleswoman found I was a 6 she felt is necessary to be overly condescending. I wasn’t aware of my size, sorry. But when the sneakers came apart literally on the first day I bought them and I took them back she was quite rude. The shoes were still fine to wear so I wore them back and asked if I could exchange them for something else and noted I was happy to pay the difference and get a better pair as this shoe appears to poorly glued together so no point getting another pair the same. Then I was given a lecture about how “the consumer law” works and that the shoes would need to go to the shoe repairer to be glued and they would call me when that was done. When I noted that this would of course leave me barefoot I was asked asked “didn’t you bring another pair of shoes?”…..Ummmm no I didn’t because I thought I could swap my day old shoes with a better pair of shoes. She reluctantly allowed me to spend more money and then said that she “just have to explain the consumer law to you again”…..arghhhh… I explained that while this sounded very interesting I would like to just go now. Avoid this store."
