This tailored plan includes our research, recommendations, reasons/benefits and risks/disadvantages, alternative strategies/products, and details of any costs to be considered. We want to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision that is in your best interests.

To make it convenient for you, our initial meeting is held online, either by phone or online video meeting. This way, you can fit it into your busy schedule and complete it at work or home. For more formal advice meetings, we can meet anywhere that suits you - our offices, your workplace, your home, or even a favorite café. We also offer the option of phone or Zoom meetings, which are often preferred by clients to accommodate their busy lives.

Our ongoing service is provided on renewable 12-month contracts, which can be canceled with just one call or email within 24 hours. While we hope no one ever wants to leave, if you were to leave within the first year, we will invoice the remainder of the 12 months. We also offer one-off advice fees for those who have a single area they wish to discuss.
