"I am beyond ropable with your team. I was a client for years, and told at least 4 of your vets that my cat had a hernia. Do you know what they all told me after a 5 sec look? No hernia. Well actually, he does have a hernia and it’s WALL TO WALL. Absolutely incompetent, non-caring vets. Avoid greencross like the plague."
"Doctor was nice and kind! My guinea pig felt happy and relax with her."
"Greencross are a complete rip off. They have significantly inflated prices compared to other similar vets. Their healthy pets plus product is a scam. Locks you into 12 months on the promise of discounts, but they inflate their invoices, load services and the so called discounted prices are way in excess or what you would pay at any other Vet at full price. We left after 3 months of being ripped off. They are chasing us with debt collectors to get us to pay the rest of the 12 monthly membership payments (which 23 aren’t using) Avoid Greencross Vets at all cost!"
"I went here as another dog owner highly recommended them. The first visit for an ear infection was excellent and the vet was lovely. A few months later, my 10 month old dog became very sick one evening: gurgling tummy, frequent runny stools, not eating or drinking. The next morning he threw up what looked like old rusty blood. This was about 9.30am. I rang and described his symptoms. They calmly told me the next available appointment was at 4.30pm. He was clearly very unwell and it had the hallmarks of a blockage which are emergencies, but they didn’t see it as an emergency. When I queried the wait time given his symptoms, they suggested I could take him to another Greencross clinic. I contacted another nearby clinic (not a Greencross one) who had a completely different attitude to my dog’s symptoms and did see it as an emergency. I felt really letdown by Greencross vets and it seems profit and an organised appointment schedule comes before the welfare of the animal. My dog was in a lot of pain and needed a shot to stop him vomiting old blood nonstop. I can’t imagine him doing that for the 7 hours they thought was okay for him to wait. The upside is I found a caring and highly knowledgeable vet to take my dog to from now on."
"It was my puppy’s first vet visit and I was very happy with how it went. She was thoroughly examined and given cream cheese to lick to distract her while she received her vaccination. A very good first experience."
