"This evening at approx 6pm approached a staff member at counter for advice on medication. No smile, looked very annoyed and had arms folder leaning against counter. Provided no helped just said “I guess you could continue taking medicine or try another”. When I asked to speak to a pharmacist for some extra advice was advised that they were the pharmacist. Badge did not state it otherwise I would never have asked. First time I’ve ever walked out of a pharmacy feeling like I was silly for asking for help. I will say the customer prior to me had the same outcome."
"Main/Senior Chemist was pretty rude, unhelpful, abrasive (sorry if we caught you on a bad day but no need to take it out on customers). Clearly couldn't be bothered to help. Fortunately other staff members were much more helpful."
