"Was really impressed on my first visit because the receptionist seemed really compassionate and helped me when I was experiencing pain and trying to find a doctor. But after being assured to book an appointment on Monday (even after I said I was sceptical results would be back that fast), my results were not back. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, and then once I was seen the doctor tells me my results aren't here and to wait back in the lobby while they call about them. I sat there for another 15 minutes before asking the receptionist if he had called yet because the doctor was waiting to tell me results, and he told me he hadn't called yet because he was getting a lot of phone calls? After the doctor comes back out to ask him where the results are he finally calls, just to tell me they don't have them and maybe the doctor will call me when they do. I call two days later, and the results are in, but the receptionist refuses to tell me what they are or book a telehealth appointment so I don't have to waste another hour coming in. Apparently they only do them for Covid because of Medicare. Other reviews (on their old Google listing) are right that this clinic only cares about the rebates from Medicare, rather than the care of it's patients. So I now won't be able to find out my pathology results. Definitely do not recommend this clinic, even if you are desperate just find somewhere else."
