"really nice local pharmacy with competitive prices and excellent knowledgeable & friendly service . lucky to have them so close to where i live . scott nigel rachel dan and danna are amazing people .i have been a little confused with my medication but scott took his time to explain for me . rachel explained a webster pack that is a huge help as i live alone and i cant always recall my medication times . thank you i will be fine but i know you will help me is i arent and suggest some helpful aid , thank you for all your help I am forever grateful . you didnt charge anymore for this so i dont understand why you help old single retirees for no finacial gain . i thank you so much you have made me able to live at home as long as i can possibly do ,thank you as always"
"went today 27/2/23 and had the most competent friendly experience . met by an older guy and a lovely lady helped me so much . It's like the old style pharmacies where they have time to help you and genuinely care . liked the chat too . thanks guys you are fantastic . I will be coming back. i read a recent review from some mutz person (is that seriously a name of a dog ? yes ) all i can say its appropriate for their name. nigel and rachel were and are fantastic in helping me all the time when very busy plus scott and daniel and danna . have no complaints . maybe people need to assess their own lives and issues before posting negative reviews . i havent had a more caring chap & rachel is so caring too. thanks guys all of you and dont let some sour person affect you they obviously have a lot of mental issues of their own that much is obvious . just keep doing what you do . I love the service,my neighbours even tell me so , and i even manage to walk up here for a chat as i have physical issues but i may be not buying anything and you all treat me as a family member and have a chat . thanks to you all. you are all good people for an old guy ."
"Not happy I called the pharmacy to find out they got the new script, ordered the drug ready for me to pick up.. The pharmacist on this morning Nigel was so rude didn't even greet me on the phone, didn't listen didn't want to help. He didn't greet with his name like Scott always does politely. I had to ask his name and then he palmed me off to female worker and didn't handover to her anything I had just briefed him in detail.. we are loyal customers and this is the service we receive. Disapproving to review this pharmacy as the other staff are amazing.. the practice need's to address this as his service is not available."
