"After searching for a specific item and being sent to incorrect isle. I found the correct isle and space only to find no stock on shelf. After speaking with employee who suggested to find employee from trade tool counter, who again could not find item however after searching on computor which stated 13 units in stock, the employee then stated item would still be in storage area and not unpacked. He suggested I return to the store on Monday/Tuesday when stock should be available off the shelf. Living 12 kilometers away from the store I will not be returning and will purchase items from elsewhere."

"I always get good service at this store. The staff are always helpful and will often go out of their way to find the best person to advise me when needed. They make life easy! The store is nice and clean and I never have any issues getting through the aisles. I once left another Bunnings store because there was so much stock in the aisles that I got trapped and couldn’t get my trolley through. That never happened at this store.
