When it comes to cancellations, we have a policy in place to ensure fairness for all parties involved. If you notify us of a cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $75Aus administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid. However, you can use your deposit as a credit for future accommodation within a 12-month period from the date of your original booking. All cancellations must be made in writing.
